This morning I was in the 1325 Abyssal Dungeon after the patch was live. However the group was unable to finish as the servers went down. I realized I never received a Weekly Reset limit token, similar tokens I have received due to disconnection issues before. A live chat agent was able to give me Ticket ID: D40052256, but could not elaborate when I could expect to have my weekly limit reset so that I could complete the dungeon for this week. Any clarification would be great.
One of the mods on a similar thread said they will not be giving refund on entry. Pretty bs.
According to the support I’ve gotten, you’re not getting shit lol.

After the Argos patch dropped and a live update was pushed to introduce the new skins into the store, my character was kicked mid Aira’s Oculus and has lost entry count.
