I reached ilvl 340 tonight i tried to do the first abyssal dungeon “Demon Beast Canyon” but i got disconnected. When i logged back the dungeon was over, didn’t get any reward nor the completion requirement for “Necromancer’s Origin”. However I can’t do the first dungeon anymore because I get the message "Weekly entry count exceeded. The weekly reset just started and I am unable to complete any abyssal dungeon.
Is it the right place to ask for support and is it possible to get a clean ID to do the dungeons this week ?

I’m sorry for this issue that you are facing with the Abyssal Dungeon. The team is working hard to improve the overall stability of our servers so that players do not experience this issue in the future.

@Dim I’ve talked to Live chat about this problem and the answer that I got was …there is no way to FIX it right now , so basically i`m locked out from progressing for the next 5 days,that should fix the Queues and in-game Lag problem.
Ye it will be simple as in other region tu, kr, jp.
They should just mail another entry pass and thats it.
Idk why they got issue with that, and ppl cant progress not by their fault.
I know right? just tell the Game Master from that server to e-mail one to anyone that has the problem.easy FIX

Also big issue is the party finder. Is just lagging insane. I spend 1 hour to get into the boss ride with my party, which we kill in 5min…
Also the quene is like 2 hr to get into the game.
Slowly the server starting to be unplayable.
