There is a current bug where during peak times in EU central when you try to enter an Abyssal Dungeon, it kicks you out and takes away your weekly try. Because of this, I’m unable to also do the rest of the tier(Sea of Indolence). Support has given some people a new entry ticket for this. Is it possible to get one?

Please post it under Bugs and Localization Feedback - Lost Ark Forums as there is a team checking this kind of issues on that forum section.
Make sure to provide World/Server and character name for them.

Already did that as well. Said it might take up to 3 days, which is essentially the weekly reset anyways. Was just looking to see whether there would be a faster solution
