I faced an issue after the early morning sudden maintenance on EU Central. I have entered Aira’s Oculus dungeon and 30 seconds after everything went down. Now it says that my weekly entry limit is exceeded for this dungeon. How am I supposed to restore that?
I am sorry to hear about your lost entry on getting disconnected on Abyssal Dungeon cause the maintenance but please bear in mind we do not provide re-entry tickets in cases not caused by a verified server crash or outage.
We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 24 to 48 hours. That is to say, if the system did not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here .
Several days have passed, however I didn’t get back my entry automatically. Does this mean it’s gone for good and I won’t receive it this week and refund in any way?
I’m really sorry that you didn’t get the re-entry for the Abyssal Dungeon.
Since the 24 to 48 has passed and you didn’t received that means that in that case you was no elegible to get the the re-entry and we will not be able to do so manually.
