Abyssdungeon bug

I wanted to clear the 3rd gate of paradise dungeon, alarics sanctuary so after i clicked 20 times on matchmaking and managed to fing a group i got in and everyone got kicked out of the raid after 2 seconds, now i cant do it anymore because i have “Weekly entry count exceeded” even though i never cleard the 3rd dungeon.

I’m sorry to hear about the inconvenience with the “Abyss dungeon” bug this is a Known issue with the matchmaking. Our developer team is aware of this issue and is working on a fix. Our goal is to help resolve any problems you encounter as quickly as possible.

This is something that is related to the ongoing stability issues surrounding EU servers. The teams are making an effort to both mitigate that and to look for a solid fix. Though I apologize if you haven’t seen them, there have been multiple responses to threads about this issue over the last few days.
