Accidental Use Of Reskin Ticket

Hi there, I was playing around with presets on the reskin screen (since I no longer have character slots available). By accident, I pressed the “Apply Changes” button and unfortunately there was no prompt/warning pop up - the change applied straight away with one click. Dumb of me obviously, but also crappy that one miskick on the biggest button in the screen equals a disaster.

I did not have a preset saved for the character who got reskinned so unfortunately it’d take me a while to redo the character even if I just bought another ticket. I’m wondering whether the change can be reversed by support (whether directly or through reskin tickets) and, if not, whether a capability can be added so that in the future, other people don’t accidentally shapeshift their characters like I just did.

Thank you for posting your question regarding a used up Reskin Ticket. Unfortunately, the changes cannot be undone unless you apply a separate reskin ticket.
