Hello, I was trying to use my gold to exchange for blue crystals but was on the wrong tab and ended up accidentally using my royal crystals to exchange for gold. I have not claimed the gold yet and was hoping I can get a refund of my royal crystals back. Would be 714 Royal Crystals.

I’m sorry you bought gold with royal crystals, unfortunately, in this case, we are not able to cancel the exchange. We understand this is unfortunate for you as a player, but this is a request we can’t fulfill. The issue was evaluated but there are no actions to be taken. We can’t reverse this or grant the items back.
