Title says pretty much alll… i accidentally claimed the chests with my alter, i have not even accepted the chests from the in game mail yet, i was wondering if a GM could trasnfer those 2 chests to my main character since its a lot of materials i would be losing…
Im playing on Kadan, my alt is Ovejitabb and my main is Yellowish

You might need to create a Web Ticket by going to Contact Us | Amazon Games
Please provide all the information requested on the web ticket form as well character name, server and world name you are and the link for this post.
The team will check if possible to transfer the chest, however is not 100% sure this can be done. We cant promise it can be done, so please try and wait for the team to check it.

Hate to be the debbie downer, but it is unliekly that they will swap over anything. Unfortunately this game doesn’t necessarily do a good job on telling you that things will be CHARACTER bound. Luckily it’s only the login. Always make sure you check to see whats BOUND and what is ROSTER especially regarding shop items/skins, AND enhancement materials. I made the mistake of claiming a bunch of T1 mats from Mari’s shop on my alt characters not knowing they were character bound.
Small side note. If you haven’t started the TOWER yet, make sure you completed the first at least 10 levels (they say go as high as you can, maybe level 24) on your ALT then do it on your main so you can get a separate set of BOUND T1 mats to your main.
