I was trying to use my first power pass, but the game kept saying it wasn’t available for the my alt, so I tried moving the vern pass to his storage. It still didn’t work, so I deleted the character to try again, but forgot to move the pass back to roster storage. Is there a way to get it back? What happens to the pass I would get after using the first one?

Let me try to assist you with that, I can restore your character to see if the pass is still in his storage.
Please let me know the name of the character, server and class please. Also remember to stay offline of Lost Ark for me to be able to restore it.

If your request is to recover the character (the one which you spent your powerpass), for sure! I’m glad to help with the character restoration.
We just need an empty character slot so I can recover it and the character name with the world/server to look for it.

While I’m not sure if I accdientally deleted my second Vern powerpass, I have no idea where it is and I know I used one on my first alt and that’s it, I haven’t used a second. I have no memory of getting one in the mail after using the first. While I don’t remember if I even got it, I’m also unsure if I did and it was in the inventory of either of two characters I recently deleted.

I’m sorry for the issue regarding the missing Vern Powerpass. In this case, I can try to check if the Powerpass can be found on one of the deleted characters and check if the characters can be restored.
If you want the characters to be restored, Please provide the character and server names for the deleted characters and make sure that you have available empty character slots for the restoration.
I also request you to log out of the game for the time being if you wish to go ahead with the character restoration.

Hi hi, thanks for responding! Is it possible that in addition to checking if the powerpass is on one of the deleted characters, would it be possible for you to check if I’ve used two powerpasses on my account?
But the two deleted characters are:

I am logged out and have two available character slots.
