Have you sent a ticket like he told you to ?
Feels bad, why would it make a duplicate with 0 Q …
I made a ticket the first day it happened and they emailed me asking for specific information so I emailed them back the same night and a couple of days later I posted in the forums bc I figured it’d be faster but nope. Yeah the 0 quality is dumb I’d just hone it back up but no mats 
Well I just sent a ticket about 12 hours ago, I’ve already received an email asking me to tell them the exact item name and they’ll have the dev team look into it to restore it.
I’ve seen another post of someone having the exact same answer and they did restore it for him.
Take in mind I sent 2 ticket, one before I saw your post with the CM answer, and a second one. the first one legit told me he can’t do anything while the second one told me they could do it with the correct information, which seems to be true since I lurked the forums quite a bit and saw multiple people getting their gear back ( not material, or any other stuff , only GEAR

I received an email when I sent them my request with a screen shot and the exact name of the item with the exact date and like 30 minute timeframe of when I did it.
after that they told me they sent it to the dev team, and they sent it to me via the mail in-game.
yeah i didnt get it i just checked I sent out an email lol im pretty pissed

this happen to someone else in the forums 3 days ago and they got theirs restored yesterday with the EXACT same issue, any reason mine is taking 2 weeks?
