I’m having the same problem, I changed from arcturus server to gienah south americam and my pets don’t appear on the list, could you help me?
Char name - Paozinholol
Server - Arcturus
Class - Berserker male lvl 30
I would like to pass the pets and prime content to Gienah

Just so you know there has been an issue with some stores that due to the high traffic of players on servers are not showing the claimed items on the Product Inventory, fortunately the developers have addressed the issue here: Update on Current Top Issues

Just to make sure, your issue is that your inventory looks empty to you and you changed servers to claim your drops and pets in the new server you are in?

Exactly, I’m on the arcturus server, because it’s full my friends can’t create a character, I would like to claim the pets and the amazon prime rescue that is in the first char I created for the Gienah server.

Unfortunately, those items you are looking to transfer are server bounded, this means you can use them in different characters but they have to belong to the same server.

Alright, there’s no way to delete everything from the first server and pass it on to the second?, I start a new campaign.
It doesn’t make sense, being from the same server… If not, I would continue with the first char, and the sever I want to go to is also from south america
You are correct @armando_rox, there is no way to delete the items neither transfer them to a different server, even if they are in the same region.
