Could I ask you to track down my mails/auction transaction? Is that possible? All I want is my gold back, I don’t care whether you punish the person or not, if possible simply reverse the transaction?
I don’t know what info you need if any, the account hacked was steam one since it still had my old password that I no longer use.

I am sorry to hear that your Steam account was hacked, I kindly suggest you to contact with their support in order to ensure your account’s security now that you have already changed your password.
Also, I see that you no longer need to track down your in-game emails and I am happy to hear that you can buy most of your items back. I just wanted to remind you that your account’s security is your responsibility, so, we can’t make any kind of compensations to the players whose accounts have been compromised.

Wasnt able to see if my other gems are still there, can inly hope they are, will have to wait another 8 hours to check, the response is exactly what i expected, sadly.

- No, I haven’t tracked down anything, I don’t know where you got that info from.
- I can’t buy all the stuff back, I was referring to the gold I hoped to get from you.
- I need no compensation, I want what’s rightfully mine. But I do understand that I’m not going to get it, it’s fine.
- I would like the person responsible to at least not be able to use my stuff but it’s up to you people.

Yeah, I never cared about the games I play on steam, I don’t buy games there or anything, Lost Ark is the one game I really enjoy more than any other, terrible time for this to happen since I’ve had steam for over 10 years, I forgot it had my old password and the steam guard or whatever it’s called is turned off for years because it kept asking me for verification code every time I opened it, it was getting frustrating (long ago). So yeah, I’m going to enable it, get my 2FA, gold isn’t the end of the world, my gems and storage stuff seems to all be there.
This can be closed, from what i understand nothing can be done.
