I tried to login to my lost ark account today via steam and I received an already logged in message. I then logged out of steam and now I am unable to log back into steam. How do I get my lost ark account back?

I did all that but once I logged out of steam I can’t log back in I use steam guard and it never sends an email to me, I have been trying to get an email for 5 hours.

Steam says it recognizes my email to an account but I never get an email. Steam has no phone or email support So I am stuck, I have over 1000 hours of time invested into this game so I am just out of luck?

Yes I did all that too, they never send me an email. I have been using stream since it was released.

So to be clear if my account was hacked or compromised because steam/valve was hacked and gave away my information, I am simply screwed?

looks like your steam is hacked? try contacting steam support. provide all the necessary information. especially the first ever purchase details on that account.

Hi @tr1st, if you’re having trouble with your steam account then there isn’t anything that AGS or any of their representatives are able to do for you.

I understand your panic or at least I would mine if I were in your situation.

If I have understood you correctly you believe your steam account has been hacked because you can no longer log in to steam ?

If your steam account has been compromised then have a look at the link below and see if any of that is useful.

There is also a link at the bottom of that page for “Reset my Password”.

Edit : … As a side thought, reboot your PC and try to log into steam then lost ark again.
Just a troubleshooting idea incase everything is fine but your pc just needed a quick kick, I mean boot.

I would try reinstalling Steam.

I’ve gotten the ‘already logged in’ message when all I had to do was update Steam. It has weird error messages.

SOLVED: So it seems my mail provider “blocked” steam emails (I found an online post about it), I had added the steam emails to my “contacts” but not to safe senders and domains. Once I added the steam emails to safe senders and domains it worked!

All is good now and thank you for the help and feedback and sorry to waste your time.

add steam guard by using steam apps at phone, more convenient and more secure rather than email that can easily hacked

I already had steam guard but just added dual authentication, thanks again to everyone!

I am very happy my account wasn’t hacked.
