Account still has no trusted status even tho my steam account is completely verified

Hello, my lost ark account still has no trusted status and i’m unable to use the market or trade although my steam account is completely verified (i recently bought games, have 2FA enabled and waited 2 weeks, and i can use the community market)
after my steam account got the 2FA verified on the 17th of january, i waited 5 days but i still have the restriction in game, please fix this issue in my account and thank you.

If you have the “2FA” activated already, I ask you for a bit more of patience, it might not take the same amount of time for all the accounts.

Hello, I’ve contacted steam support as you told me but it appears they’re unable to help me, since this issue is in-game, and my steam account meets all the requirements to get the trusted status, so can you please have a look at my account in-game and remove the untrusted status restrictions, I’ve been waiting for almost a week now and i’m getting really sick of this as I can’t trade with my friends and sell items on the market.

Hello, I contacted the Amazon customer service team as you said, and they told me to wait a few more days, but it’s already been a week since I’ve been waiting. So why is it taking this long to get the trusted status? And how many more days do I have to wait? Thank you.

I understand your concerns about the reply time @miraichaann, as the agent said, it might not take the same amount of time for all the accounts. Also for your information, we are unable to grant trusted status manually. We don’t have the tools or authorization to do it from our end.

We highly appreciate patience on this matter and hope Steam grants trusted status to your account as soon as possible.

So this process is completely automatic and there’s no precise duration for how long do i have to wait although my steam is verified since 6 days ago? And what do you mean by “Steam grants trusted status to your account” ? I already contacted Steam and they said they’re unbale to assist me inside the game. Please fix this. Thank you

May I ask if you enabled mobile 2FA for your account?

If yes as mentioned above it might not take the same amount of time for all the accounts.

If not then please when you have a chance please go and enable it and check back in a bit to see if you can use all the game’s features.

In this case about your question about steam grants trusted status, in these cases our Devs have reviewed the scenario and are aware how, even after the requirements to make the account “trusted are met, some cases are taking longer to reconcile between Steam and Lost Ark, unfortunately there’s also no ETA we can give on how long it could take for the system to grant the status; so waiting is indeed the only option right now.
