Account still not "Trusted" Restriction on new player

I have added 5$ to my steam wallet. My Steam account is not new. I have already made other purchases on my Steam account. I also have the authenticator. I have 40+ hours played on Lost Ark so far. Why am I still unable to play the game as a normal account? How can you expect to gain players when they start out extremely handicapped? Hardly any way to make gold with these restrictions which means no progressing our characters. What good is the “catchup honing buffs” when we’re still unable to get caught up with the content because of lack of gold due to restrictions? I don’t care that you guys removed early game gold generation to combat bots. But we as new players can’t sell things on the market??? Come on. Please let me know what else I must do to be able to BEGIN enjoying this game.

It has been 21 days since this post was created. I’ve contacted steam support twice with them saying they can’t do anything. I’ve submitted a ticket to amazon support and they also told me to just wait and contact steam. So please tell me what else I’m supposed to do. I’ve made purchases, I’ve had the mobile authenticator for a month now. My account is still restricted after over 30 days of playing. Since I can’t trade, I’m going to miss the deadline for the express event unless you guys can help me here. Please tell me what to do.
