Account was hacked and I was banned from the game

My Steam account was hacked and it hurt me a lot. They entered Lost Ark and made in-game purchases, with that my account was fraudulent and on Steam alert, Thank God I already solved it with Steam and fixed everything there. It’s just that I’m banned from the game and I don’t know what to do, I’ve been fighting this for 3 days, trying to solve everything, I was permanently banned for violating conduct and I didn’t do any of that, My account is well evolved, almost 1000 hours played. I ask you to help me recover my account if you can of course. I’m going to send some prints, some are like hacking attempts, others show hours played, one that my purchase history that was in Brazilian money and turned dollar with the hacker’s parents switch, another is Steam’s response giving me access to my account again. All that’s left to do is solve the banning problem.

you have to set up phone verification to stop those hackers, hope you get unbanned at least

Hi @Maskmaster , some things sound very suspect there indeed.

It sounds like you got your steam account back if I understand you correctly which is good for you.
One of those shots looks like you have your steam account associated to Gmail or at least can access your personal mail through your Gmail account.
I would advise you to change both your steam password and your Gmail password at your earliest opportunity and try to make them complex passwords (Uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and those shifted number keys #$%)

Your Ban Appeal with lost ark can be done on this link…

Hate to see this. But odds are that you will not be able to get your account back. Reason being the TOS.

1. YOUR ACCOUNT
We may require you to create and authenticate an account for the Games using your Amazon, Twitch or other log-in credentials. The profile information connected to those credentials, including your username and avatar, may be displayed to other players and used by us to support your account. Any information you provide must be complete, accurate, and up-to-date. If you are under the age of legal majority (18 years of age in most jurisdictions), you may only use the Game Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and you must have your parent or legal guardian agree to this Agreement on your behalf. You may not share, sell, rent, or transfer your account. You are responsible for (i) maintaining the confidentiality of your account log-in credentials and for restricting access to your account, and (ii) all actions that occur under your account, including purchases. Certain Games may be distributed through stores or distribution services offered by our affiliates or third parties, and you may be required to create an account with those parties; your relationship with those parties is governed by their terms. To the extent there is a conflict between their terms and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement will control with respect to the Games.

Everyone is responsible for their own accounts and maintaining the security of their own accounts. Losing access to your account in and of itself is a violation of the terms. But to lose access to who im assuming were RMT/Resell scammers and receive an account ban just magnifies all of this ten fold.

ALWAYS make sure you have steam guard turned on and have it linked to your own personal mobile device. Never under any circumstances give out your account details to anyone even friends or family members. Also like @mick437 pointed out, try to use good sense when selecting your passwords.

Of course I can understand that with so much time invested you will still want to appeal and I would suggest that when you do so to include as much information as possible. The exact time you lost access to the account and when you regained access, all communications with steam support, any suspicious activity that may have been fraudulent as it pertains to Amazon. Additionally you may also want to consider submitting a data request for more information on your ban. You can do that here:

The requests usually take some time to complete in most cases 4-7 days. You will receive the information in the form of zip files containing your data in spreadsheet form. It will look something like this:

Download the zip file and open it. You’ll be looking for the moderation penalties.

You will want to include this information along with your appeals.

I put it aside, made another account and will start all over again. No joke that, a lose with almost 1000 hours count plays and the company sentenced you is repair and end of story. I created another account and I’m playing, I just hope it doesn’t give a problem because I unlinked my amazon from the one that was banned and linked it to the new one I created.
