Achievement Reward doesn't work

Like in topic. After getting achievement: “Knock-Knock” or “Successor of Fate” i should get cards of Asta and Jagan but they are nowhere to find. Is it possible that this is server lag and those rewards will eventually show up?

After 1 day they show up in my mail.

@sznurowka18 Hopefully you’ve found your answer in the last week… If not, it took me hours to find it tonight!
There were a bunch of rewards sitting in there, can’t believe I didn’t find this before tonight.
