I just purchased Royal Crystals and then purchased 5 new character slot tickets and I cannot use them on the ,main character screen. It shows I have them when I mouse over the 2 character selections tabs at the bottom left of the main character screen but I do not have the ability to use the 5 I just purchased.

Sorry to hear that you have been experiencing issues with your character slot tickets, we surely don’t want this to happen.
Please from your characters product inventory select the ticket with right click and select USE, after this please try again the steps you made before.

Thank you for the reply, I already claimed the items from the Product Inventory screen and from the main character selections screen if i mouse over the tabs for group 1 or group 2 of my characters it states Character Extension Tickets x5 owned, but I have no extra slots available to make a new character.
