Adjusting trusted status would be the greatest decision AGS has made since operating the Lost Ark.
Accounts are secured, bots are contained and auction houses are liberated.

What are they doing now to further inconvenience actual players while bots bypass it easily?

yea, they should’ve done it in the first place
make trusted status as requirement to direct trade, mails, market, ah, store, claiming una tokens, and boom most bot is cripled.

as long as AGS doesn’t get the “trusted” status on time from steam… There is and will be a problem for a lot of players.
There are enough threads in the forum (so an even bigger number to assume), where players have posted, that they have Trusted status on steam and match all the requirements (like payment, mobile 2FA, etc.) but their status is not updated to AGS, which limits them although they are “trusted” via steam.
The issue on that is known (for long), but there is no solution other then wait and hope.
