Hi,
I abandonned by mistake an affinity quest for Thirain and now i have no way of reaccepting it and now i can’t even do any rapport action with the NPC (gift, emote, etc) because of it. It tells me always to finish the quest, which is abandoned. Any chance I can get the quest back, I think it was called The Luterran Lord.
Same issue, however I never had a quest option, just tells me to complete a quest before I must progress.
That is normal in you case, there’s probably a story quest that is require before you can do rapport actions. For me its really because of abandoning it by mistake, it locks me out.
I had the same issue as well I was hoping there was a fix for it. I abandoned it so I could pick it up on my main character, doesn’t seem to prompt when I go talk to him.

Felixbumblebee is right @Ultra_Saiyan , your case might be different from the other two cases. I do recommend you to check if you are missing any quest or requirements.
