Mats injection was for the deadzone (1340-1370) and not for pushing to 1490
You sure you don’t know what to do about silver? Silver is an easily farmable and maintainable currency if you just alt. I do all the horizontal progression to a ridiculous degree AND hone at the same time. There is a solution to your problem my guy. But yes I guess you never said your priority was honing, you just threw it in there as some sort of weird flex then idk.

Yes there is a gold issue. The solution already exists and they’re just not releasing it cause they’re busy with the ‘roadmap’. It’s getting annoying. Nobody care about a roadmap, they care about the content on it. I don’t know why they’re delaying the fucking roadmap instead of just releasing more content despite the roadmap. There’s so much sidecontent we’re missing it’s hilarious.
Also you’re supposed to sell everything you get from chaos dungeons and guardians constantly. The prices are dropping and they will continue to drop for a good amount of time. If you want to hone, hoard gold and push ilvl when the value of the items is at it’s lowest, that’s usually a night or two after reset.
I’d argue the current softcap is 1400, not 1370, since the last content we have is 1400. And they expect us to be 1415 for the next big content update, valtan.
they got nerfed in kr bc too much gold was around recently. but guess what… THEY HAD WAY MORE CONTENT TO EARN THEM GOLD. we got the nerfs without the additional content, similiar to honing we get the worst version of LA there is. at this point its almost hilarious how they screwed up this version, doesnt matter if its ags or smilegates fault, they really missed the mark.

Don’t worry, there are already T3 bots running chaos dungeons so soon gold will tank again and T3 materials will be cheap and we’ll be able to buy them for pennies.
As for the lack of gold - that’s clearly how they designed it for our markets - starve us of everything they could think of. Also those who get rather far into the progression are the ones who will probably be more inclined to pay so spread your buttocks, open your wallet and swipe

You need to be running abyss dungeons on your main and alts then run them on hard mode as well. Thats where pretty much the majority of gold comes from other than selling stuff for pennies on the auction house
and thats why you dont get into argos 3…
unless everyone is selling support stats and then complaining about no supports no one is making gold

I don’t think you see it as a problem then.
I think we wait for AGS/SG to “analyze” their data. And in their future updates, if we see injection of gold, we can we sure that it was an issue. Then we’ll know who was right or wrong.
If things are nice and dandy like you are trying to explain things, then there wouldn’t be changes made to current systems
People really need to be very clear that gold generation is completely different than gold transfer.
Anyone saying make gold by selling stuff on AH is personally correct in that it solves that 1 person’s gold problem, but is not a general solution because all selling/buying does is transfer gold.
Someone still needs to generate gold that is used in the transfer process. Basically, there are plenty ways to make gold for yourself via gold transfers but very few and lot lower amounts in gold generation.
The question is, and I don’t know because not there at 1370 yet, is the gold generators solely enough by themselves?
Answering this is difficult and varies by player because one key variable is time. E.g. what is reasonable amount of time to generate gold? How many weeks between upgrades due to gold should be the ‘norm’?

Take your time, you’re at a good item level right now. No rush to 1415. Keep doing your weekly activities (Argos, HM Oreha) and eventually you will get a good drop that you can sell for gold. I made 30K this past week selling 2 drops from Argos. Nothing is saying you have to hone every day.
