If you leave because of the pheon drama then you had already a problem in the first place. Because leaving only about the pheon drama would be a bit silly.

I’m all for people quitting/stop spending over this like it’s a horrible thing a company could do, but the way you’re sticking around and still trying to get a response from Roxx at like 3-4am EST makes me think you’re not actually quitting and just looking for attention. I could be wrong.
at this point im sure many people are losing hope of any redemption arc for how this game is being managed. i dont think AGS even cares too much if everyone quit tomorrow because they made profit and just had to provide server logistics. they accomplished their goal of taking an existing popular game from KR and cutting off any other competitors who wanted a piece of this market share in NA and tried to build a playerbase around them because everyone knows Amazon.
If anything this has been a decent tax write off with how much effort they put in to manage this game. its just a scummy way of building up a brand, more money they make, higher budget games can be bought or made.

i dont think people are leaving becoz of the free pheon… i think they quit due to the way dev making a st2pid decision . im also at the tip of the edge… was that close to quit but since the new patch came up, i gv a second thought. probably hangin on this thread for a lil more time.
but not gonna lie… their decision making is inviting negative backlash!
“TRUST” is the key. and its getting less and less.

I have 3k+ hours and am about to quit also. If I can’t even trust what the CM said what can I even trust about the gaming company? Will AGS even have the best interest of the community in mind or do they only care about dollar signs?
I used to think they could improve. However after this week that seems impossible.

same thoughts. at the very least i’m gonna play more casually and from now on 100% F2P. i love cosmetics and mounts and pets in games, and will spend lots for them, but AGS has burnt their bridge with my wallet over the constant lies and backtracking and mistreatment of customers. they won’t get another cent from me as long as they keep up this BS management of the game and playerbase.
This is how you lose money AGS.

To be honest, it’s a shame… This game has such a lovely community (mostly )
Is a matter of taste. I tried GW2 and for me it was boring broing combat, content and so on. For other people GW2 is the best MMORPG.
For me I like FF14 but I dont like pay abo models… because I feel forced to play
My big hope is the RIOT games MMORPG

same , also 3K+ , this game got great potential to success… probably too many interfere decision involve from the higher up that held the growth of the game. some company blind by greed, fear of loss… some for short/long term investment. they need the “bridge” that connect the community better. as of right nw, its pretty much rusty rope bridge.
I do not know if you just misread it or ignoring his statements. He is not frustrated because of the loss of the Pheons, he is disappointed by the fact, how AGS managed the whole thing.

yea cause thats only bad thing that happend out there
- there is totaly “no” problem with server stability and ppls getting random disconnects wasting their lockouts cause archaic systems
- buying gems from ah is like big ban lottery
- summoner is getting realesed as almost last char out there
- they cant correct in game tips for passes resulting in player confusion but hell it was been free dosent it
- pheons are totally “not” a predatory practice to milk players
- rng is “alright”, who would want to farm their own accesories in MMO when you can buy them from ah stuffing company pockets through pheons
- honing is just “grate” & “fair” experience
- there is totaly “no” gate keeping and bussing all over the place
- new & comming back players have a “blastig” experience
but im not even playing so what i know
