This seems to be new with this current patch build (i’m not entirely sure of all previous builds since i’ve only disconnected to the server screen one other previous time).
After disconnecting to the server select screen and reconnecting, I am no longer able to interact with the usual functions in the chat frame including clicking on linked items or clicking on playernames.
It does not seem to matter who links the item whether it is another person, a friend, or yourself. It does not matter who the player name you attempt to click, your server or another server.
It just shows a gear mouse cursor but clicking, right clicking, ctrl or shift clicking yields no results. No context menu pop ups.
It can only be fixed by completely exiting the game and restarting.
