After got into Shushire First Dungeon, got disconnected and couldn't login anymore

Hi all,

I was heading towards the initial quest in Shushire and got sudden disconnected with this error message on my screen.

I can login to every other character in my account, besides this one that is in shushire.

Did anyone else experienced this error and was able to fix it?

I am getting this error too, did you fix it?

@donghyok401 when I got this error, it was affecting massively other players across other servers, so it got fixed by Amazon after all servers were restarted in the same day. I would give it a try to apply the steam verification to files for Lost Ark, other than that I am clueless and would try to talk with their live chat support, usually they are able to help with those things.
