Buged skin weapon for my mage. After maintenance shine/glow doesnt work.

Thanks for answer, ye i did. I sent a ticket. I got a reply that they wanted a video. I made a short video and sent it. I would be grateful for a solution to the problem, the skin was not exactly cheap and I don’t like the “original” weapon.
