So i have a last question to ask, after you guys removed all the mail that gift by accident on yesterday, will you guys do the same for who did claim the mail? like dont let them get the reward after the issue or negative the pheon that they claim and use already? Can I have an answer for this @Roxx
It’s an impossible situation in all honesty.
Give the people that “missed out” things over the people who legitimately took the items as they assumed it was intended and you end up with the exact same situation where some people are getting things over others
Give everyone the same regardless and you end up with the people who “missed out” still feeling like they have missed out.
The ultimate “best” solution would be to send mail to those who missed out meaning they no-longer missed out and compensate everyone the same for the massive issues that have been going on all week with the disconnects and EAC issues. Then EAC needs to be re-evaluated as it’s been a problem for 10 months now, it’s kind of shocking that you are still dragging that horse down the road when it died miles back

Dude I knew tripods change was coming like 2-3 months ago, you’ve had more than enought time to prepare, and lets be honest if you didnt prepare your tripods yet, you wouldnt have done it either even if you manage to claim pheons yesterday

honestly man these people cant make their own games (failed everytime they tried) and even when they’re given a built game and all they have to do is manage it they still manage to mess it up, at this point 6th graders would be doing a better job.
10 pheons or 200 pheons doesn’t really matter, we’re all still here playing the game. Forget about it and move on. If you were up at that time good for you if not just forget it. We get so many free pheons every month anyways.

At this point where we are right now, there is no Fairness. First you denied a lot of people those rewards which would help a lot of people for the tripod system! then you “joked” with us by saying it will be removed but after 5 hrs mainteance just nothing. literally nothing. then you guys comfort us with 24 hours for the “good making” just to get those stupid patch notes just to get the stupid answer " nah u get shit rn maybe someday ". In this 24 hours you guys didnt even communicate with us in this topic.
