So let me see if I caught the big picture here, you stole us 7 hours of farming and gifts. You will give us not the fair equal gifts, thus the not equal compensation by yours mistakes will be delivered after the tripod patch. Congrats. That incompetence by the whole team amuses me.

That was what I was trying to tell them but apparently people is telling me that I shouldâve been done with my tripods. (and I am, but maybe someone else couldâve take the opportunity if he was not, because itâs a matter of lost opportunities here)

wow, left the game a while back and the game was in chaos, thinking of coming back to try the new classes and the gameâs in a new chaos, seems like the game continues to be a trainwreck and AGSâs incompetence continues to be immeasurable.

Could you clarify if that compensation is going to be for everyone or just the people that got screwed by the incident? This is a crucial piece of info that is missing currently.
All players or only the players that didnt got the pheons?
You should absolutley voice your concerns here and they should be voiced to the CMs, my only point was that some of the language being used is disrespectful to someone who is trying to do their job. (again not directed at you or any individual)
im ready for the vitameow while not getting a single pheon when others got around 60-240 pheons for free and yea im pretty sure those guys will get hte vitameow as well
Itâs going to be for all players.
So if you were able to claim your 100+ free pheons, you get the compensation pack too.
If you werenât able to claim the pheons and they were deleted from your mail then it sucks to be you and youâre getting the same compensation pack.
Removing the in game mail from people who hadnât claimed yet to fix an âexploitâ rather than just fix the âexploitâ and leave the mail for people that hadnât claimed yet was a terrible move.
The likelihood of it being possible to only target people who didnât get the pheons is low in all honesty.
As a dev myself, who works with big data, this would require âread receiptsâ for each open mail to be stored somewhere in a database.
You usually donât store that data as it is not useful.
Now, Iâm not saying they canât do it, there is a chance they are storing this information and can query it but Iâm just trying to lighten the blow and be honest.
