Looks about right, knew a guy who worked for AGS customer service on new world (not direct support I think he was one level higher). He worked from home most of the time went into the office like once a week (if that) and spent most his time sending canned responses to people who were unhappy with the canned responses they got at lower levels. He was on the game itself like 24/7 playing more than actually doing any work since he had inside information on upcoming changes etc. he was always exploiting that information for gain.
Worthy of note it wasn’t that he didn’t want to do more actual work but he wasn’t allowed to.
