Long ago Amazon Banned my Account without any reason for many months I try appeal and know why. They always auto answer for some reason 2 months ago I try again and they said I commited fraud as you can check in the email
But any of those are fraud as I know the Game Guidelines and read it.
And then I got a conclusion I was banned because I reported those stuffs. The answer for me was that because I report those illegal stuffs I got banned. If I wasn’t stupid af and didn’t report it I wouldn’t get banned.
Nice work AGS. Keep doing this great job. Screwing honest people and save and cheering the worst one.

I know half of the people selling the gold you screenshoted, they never got banned. Its a thriving business. Honestly anyone that values their time and doesn’t want to risk losing everything randomly should play something else. Or join the business, at least you get something out of it
I appreciate but I try many times and they even care. Also I just want the Ban Warning just dissapear from my account I don’t wanna play it anymore. Amazon did the worst thing ever that was pay for Streamer promote the game instead that they ruined the Game. I wait this game for so long and get dissapointed I even play in Korea Server when it launch and some Korean were selling accounts. But play it now. I don’t feel like anymore.
Amazon should add some Moderator in all region this way they gonna understand what I’m saying
In NA and SA many players use DPS Meter using a 3rd program. As the EULA says it is illegal but nothing happens and they keep using and also make fun about the AGS
If you move to them and say I just want that the Ban Warning dissapear from my account I would be very glad also you can say I don’t wanna and won’t play any games from Amazon anymore. I care about my Steam account that worth a lot

It’s ok. As I said when you keep replying more than 2 times they start to send automatic answer messages. Also in my country AGS even care about give us the support in your mother language and even send in english they care. Well, it’s ok. I’ll send the last few documents to my lawyer and gonna sue Amazon
If they are claiming fraud it was likely a payment or chargeback issue. I would verify your steam purchase history and make sure nothing was refunded. Sometimes steam refunds purchases that look suspicious and unfortunately in the case of lost ark this always results in a commerce lock being placed on the account.
If you are connecting over a VPN to a region with cheaper prices in the store and they detected this that would also likely lead to a commerce lock.
Steam transaction history should be your next step though. If something was refunded contact steam ASAP and make sure the purchase is restored. At that point you should appeal again including your communications with Steam and images of your steam transaction history showing that you have corrected the problem.
Part of the reason they commerce lock accounts is because AGS has extremely limited ability to remove purchased goods from accounts. It is easier to simply ban the account until they have the money they are owed. It sucks but it is understandable.
