AGS is talking about the 2 free powerpass you get for completing “Ealyn’s Gift” … that cannot be done until 50…
I dont understand why its so hard for people to understand this… its literally a completely different version of the game. Is it possible for them to do that eventually? Absolutely. Is it possible currently? Clearly not or they would have implemented it to fix the current issues people in the EU regions are having… Do you think that they are purposefully withholding this functionality just to piss off customers? Sounds like a fantastic idea to me.

I for example can’t understand why are they saying that it’s not possible to implement when it is in other regions. They could say yes, it’s possible to implement it because it was already done but we need to patch it into our client so you will have to wait. Or that we need help from Smilegate because only they can patch it into this client as well.
Stating that it can’t be done is a complete miscommunication and that’s what people don’t like. Plus it sounds like as if they didn’t even want to implement it later.

Nope, they are just calculating cost vs gain. And they don’t think the gain justifies the cost here.
They are operating on a purely financial point of view here. Money is the thing they care about most.

I think if they said “we don’t want to implement it because it would cost too much and at this point we have no idea if it was worth it at all” we would accept it much easier.
Which is why I dont buy the arument that they are lying. Financially it makes no sense for them to lie. Odds are what you are seeing is a much later build of the game where that functionality has been patched in.
Yes agree with you here. I don’t think the functionality is implemented in our version of the game.
Smilegate would probably have to write such a function and/or implement it into the client. That is what i am talking about, when it comes to weighing out cost vs gain.

I mean, what abou them is trash? Are you playing their game? You must be enjoying it if you are playing. Also, what is wrong with the powerpass? Mine worked just fine. So now whats the problem? Why is it so wrong because I have a different opinion then you? I enjoy the game.

It is not their game. Amazon is just the publisher. The game is developed by Smilegate.
I was excited about Lost Ark for years. It was quite frightening, when it was announced AGS is gonna publish it. I thought to myself “well its not their game, there is no way they gonna fuck it up like New World”. And here we are…

Yes they are the publisher, but how did they fuck it up? Of course new world was a lost cause, but Amazon developed that. This is not the issue with Lost Ark. So my question again, is what is so fucked about the game that you and a couple others are having?
Im not arguing anything, I was genuinely curious why everyone is throwing a fit on the forums, when I am having no issues and enjoying myself, But all your torch carriers just want to flame on anything and everything in your path. Is it possible that the game is widely popular and AGS didn’t expect that. They say they are working on the problem now, but it seems that everyone isnt patient enough for them to fix it.
i have a solution for the forums being on fire.
Let’s just pretend, AGS would implement a solution, that would fix the lag and queues for all europeans. Then the players would probably spend more time ingame playing, than venting their frustration on the forums.
There have been made more than enough suggestions, regarding viable solutions to the problems that would work with their software/server setup, but they don’t do it, because it would cost them money.
Edit: Lol i just saw your profile says “Indiana” for location. Dude if you are playing on the US, you have no problems at all. This is a european issue. We have queues on servers and it takes us up to 6 hours to get into the game. When we are finally in the game it is so laggy, that it takes you like 30 minutes just to enter a guardian raid.
Who cares about a boost anyway? what we need is to be able to get our founder’s, twitch drops and all the compensation stuff they’ve handed out over these weeks in the new server so that we can start over without losing stuff that we’ll never be able to get again (founder’s, twitch drops).

Sounds to me like you just don’t understand what’s actually being discussed here.
I feel your pain there, during peak hours even in the states, it gets super laggy and takes forever to join a raid or chaos. But on my server at least there doesnt seem to be any que to get on. I hope they fix yalls issues soon. Otherwise I am sure they will lose a ton of players.
are you really that dumb ? … this is not the same power pass aas the one you get fro mhitting lvl 50 and completing vern story…
this is paid poewr pass with real cash … those are 2 different things …also it is obviously russian version which has its own different things going on,
