AGS response time

So I am having an ingame issue as I already said it in my last Topic and they said that I should write a ticket to AGS because this is their kind of problem, as recommended I did write a ticket to AGS, but I still didn’t get any response. My question is how long does it take them to respond to a ticket?

depends from 1h to 3 days if you don’t get any response in 48H email them again cause i’m 100% some mails don’t even get looked at 95% of the time

Thanks for your answer, I’ll do that then I already sent them 2 tickets in 5 days, but I guess I gotta have to keep trying till they actually answer.

I’m sorry for the delay in responding to the support team in responding to your ticket.

Regarding to your question sometime they can take longer to response to a ticket, this depends on the investigation they need to do in order to help you with your issue.

However if they take longer than a 2 or 3 days please I recommend you to contact them back to ask for an update and be sure that you have shared with them all the necessary information to make the investigation.

I will also be monitoring this post to know how it went.
