So I am having an ingame issue as I already said it in my last Topic and they said that I should write a ticket to AGS because this is their kind of problem, as recommended I did write a ticket to AGS, but I still didn’t get any response. My question is how long does it take them to respond to a ticket?
I’m sorry for the delay in responding to the support team in responding to your ticket.
Regarding to your question sometime they can take longer to response to a ticket, this depends on the investigation they need to do in order to help you with your issue.
However if they take longer than a 2 or 3 days please I recommend you to contact them back to ask for an update and be sure that you have shared with them all the necessary information to make the investigation.
