AGS/Steam USELESS Support…


Spent 5$ (30+ days have passed since transaction) , reached level 30+ , enabled 2FA Steam Mobile Authentication DAYS ago… still no trusted status.

Then we have the trusted status trouble forum thread that has multiple people posting on it daily for help with this issue.

Your lazy attempts of bot prevention measures has forced people to spend money on a F2P game/connect phones to have access to basic functions. Pathetic and supports are useless clearly.

Got it when I said a character didnt get a chest.

oh and as someone else pointed out earlier time.
Amazon looks to be the biggest botter with their support.

In steam when you have selected the game. There is a cog-wheel with options for the game. Think it then goes “local” and then button for “verify files”.

Then it goes through the files and does a check.

I have no idea if it could do something about trusted status.
But it could easily be something support just pasted at you about it.

I think more relevant would be making sure game is linked to steam account or such. It sounds silly but there was some option somewhere for linking both twitch, amazon and steam as help for not getting twitch drops.

No offense but i can’t really expected anything from some one name Kirito from an official support team.

Maybe sounds silly but my guess for trust status issue would be some kind of link.
So might as well try it.
