i have the founders items but don’t care either way for them, think its worthwhile selling them on AH now or saving for a while to sell?
They will probably rise in value as more non-founders join servers and thus the pool of people who don’t have them grows. But it could be months before it’s appreciable.

no rush for anything so maybe just hold onto and forget about, seen the mount was selling for 20k gold no idea if thats alot or not but more than i have 
Bear in mind that’s listed at 20k, doesn’t mean anyone’s going to buy it at that price.
I forget the exchange rate of royal crystals to gold but if we say it’s very roughly 1:1 that’s €200, probably not many buyers at that price.

So, you can unequip your original platinum skin pieces (and probably Lawmaker ones as well) and sell on Market and just re-equip the Untradable versions. Unfortunately, you can’t unobtain the Cerberus mount which is currently at 195k on my server. Extremely unfair for people who already claimed the first one. Obviously, in hindsight, I would have saved the Cerberus selection chest but how was I supposed to know that we were getting a second wave of these items?
