I was in a party for Aira’s Oculus hard mode. Everyone accepted but only I was sent in when the countdown for waiting for other players ended it kicked me back to where I was instead of in the dungeon. I went to go refind the party and it said my entry was already used and I did not get a re-entry ticket.

Hope you are having a great week so far and pologize about this unexpected situation I uderstand that lost and entry can be frustrating.
We have an automated system that takes care of this issues as described here: Update to Timed and Ticketed Content Lockouts
Take in cosideration that it can take up to a day to the ticket be re granted.

I can not be totally sure about the specific issue you had but definitely if the error was from the servers the refund can take up to 1 day.

hey its more than 2 days and I haven’t receive my entry for abyss! look at the chat log! its “auto-party FAILED” and my entry consumed!!!

Unfortunately if you have not received the entry yet is due to the refund of the ticket was not aproved by the system and we can not provide those items by the forums service. It will be necessary to wait until the weekly or daily reset.
