I had just got this character to 1370 and created a party using party finder for the Abyssal Dungeon Aira’s Oculus Hard. We confirmed entry but still got the bug that doesn’t take all players into the dungeon instance. After a delay my character was pulled in and I stayed on the loading screen, however none of the rest of my party got pulled in. After the loading screen the game returned me back to the town I was in (Kalaja) but it consumed my Abyssal Dungeon Entry and I can no longer run Aira’s Oculus. I also did not receive a re-entry ticket.
Please send me a ticket so that I can run this and the next leg and gain the materials and accessories to further upgrade this character for harder content.
Welcome to the Lost Ark Forums community. We are glad to have you here.
I’m sorry for the issue regarding the Abyssal Dungeon Ticket. Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations in order to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that they will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience.
Please have a look at the below mentioned post for more details about the process.
Please remember:
The system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
appreciate the reply and I can understand their stance on outages and server issues. In particular the Oreha’s Well Abyssal dungeons have always been buggy in NA and the fact that it is a long known issue yet isn’t covered in their declaration is fairly disappointing and seems like it’s just overlooked. At least in things like Guardian Raids and Chaos Dungeons, if the content isn’t fully completed then the use doesn’t count. Losing my entry when my character didn’t even get onto the instance is more than unreasonable.
The same thing happened to me at Vykas Hard.
I contacted support and they told me that they would not give me any ticket because “it was not a server failure” but, since it happened because of an external software (EAC) they will not return the tickets.
So as a result of the massive server downtime, now they will not be responsible nor will they help us in case EAC kicks us out. It gets better every day! Search the forums about cloudflare warp, it’s the only solution I see, since it’s 7 months since this happens, I will use this program or quit the game. Because from support they can’t really do anything. It is easier for those above them to instruct them to tell us that the problem is our internet connection or an “external” software than for them to solve their obvious network problem so that it is stable on all connections and with EAC. In short: it is easier to look for someone to blame than to find for a solution.
I understand the points you make and remind you that you can share your thoughts and feelings in the Feedback section of the forums or you can also submit your valuable feedback by filing a web ticket here.
Note the system counts any entries as consumed whether or not these are completed runs. This means if you started a Gate 1, it will be considered consumed and not allow access to Gate 1 again and Gate 2 will not be accessible given Gate 1 was not completed.
