Didnt the roadmapp address all these issues?
Releasing Akkan both at 1580 and 1600 allows both caught up players and people who need some extra time to do each difficulty according to their progression.
The issue with Akkan coming out in August is mostly for your alts, i doubt any caught up player wont be at at least 1580 by august.

Saying don’t FOMO and just do 1580 is nice and all but do you all forget that this exact same scenario is what caused everyone a massive exodus when Argos launched?
Did not doing Argos on week 1 permanently impact most players progression? No
Did only doing gate 1 Argos on week 1 give much different rewards than doing gate 1-3? No
Did launching Argos “early” cause a lot of players to leave the game due to not being able to due end game content on release? Yes
You can say don’t FOMO but when people leave again don’t be too surprised.

But shard reduction has nothing to do with gold. Raw gold and mats per tap are still the same.

with the amount I play I expect to have one character who can comfortably do the newest content when it releases. That means getting to 1600 on one character. In 4 months, with the way honing works, i probably wont be able to.

Nobody said delay Akkan by the way that’s just you popping off. There’s other ways to get us to 1580/1600 without delaying the content you know.
Why does delaying release have to equal 100% you’re going to get the required mats to do the content? More time = more people able to gather mats to tap to the required ilvl.
I can see 2 solutions
- Release normal Akkan, than 1 month later release hard mode.
- Gold/Material nerfs on honing up to 1600

Doing hm day 1 just shows what a horrible player u are. U and the ppl “FOMO-ing” for 1600 will earn way less than us more mentally stable ppl who will push 1580 on multiple chars

Not sure about you but there’s nothing more boring than running the same content on my main that I do on my alts. What’s nice about Brel HM is only my main does 1-6. The worst part about clown was doing it on 6 characters for months and Akkan is going to be the same way.
If my main isn’t running higher level content it doesn’t really feel like a main anymore.
