Simple solution for AGS: release just normal mode first>wait month or two>release hard.

Agree on that, people like ATK literally said they regret buying into this FOMO trap because the difference is so small…
You get the same material type like Valtan/Vykas (less on normal) for both difficulties. 1580 is more than enough and with Brel to Akkan gear transfers, you’ll be doing Akkan Hard a few weeks in anyway.

Because that’s how it worked in Korea.
People FOMO’d insanely hard just to find out it wasn’t worth to push for Akkan Hard Day 1. It cost them a fortune per character… which they could’ve easily avoided by just running Akkan Normal for the same raid material type and transfer Brel to Akkan Gear. Most people parked their characters on 1580 in Korea, that is the requirement for Akkan Normal. It was ZERO worth to push to 1600.
Whales & swipers did anyway and got baited hard.
I just don’t like the game design but I guess it doesn’t matter if my statics don’t get broken apart by it

why? that would be stupid if you just think about it for 1 whole minute they are releasing both at the same time that doesnt stop you from doing normal does it? and if you are fomo enjoyer get your wallet out its very good marketing strat to get those fomo enjoyers to spend and f2p can still do akkan on release
