Alarms not working properly after new update

As the title says my alarm is not working properly after the new update

alarm set 15 minutes before the event

its supposed to glow and give you notifications but it’s not showing up at all

the workaround i found is that you have to uncheck then check the notification rewards then save for it to somehow work but you have to do this everytime you change zones

Also encountering this issue. for a game that centres itself around island activities or pvp etc this should hopefully be of priority.

I am also experiencing this issue, one of my guildmates started experiencing it a few days after maintenance as well.

Just a +1 that I’ve had this issue after last patch as well. Have the setting enabled to notify 15min before events but at most I get a notification at 0minutes (when its too late) or not at all.
Hope this gets fixed quick as I keep missing out on islands and stuff unless i set up an alarm out of game.

I’m noticing this too. On top of that, there’s one alarm I had off but have since tried turning it back on. It lets me right click and choose to turn it on and if I right click again the option is to turn the alarm off again, but no amount of turning it on, saving it, closing out, re-opening, verifying files, or anything, will actually get that alarm to turn on. It stays grayed out as if it is off and does not show in the pop out list even if I know it’s up in the next 20 min.
I’d previously tried the OP’s work around and it didn’t do anything for me.

sadly the event starttimes just change and i am not use to it, notification would help alot :wink:
