The server Aldebaran US-EAST has been broken since day 1. I havent collected anything even after my purchase. This is getting ridiculous… Is there any updates?

You’d think this would be top priority for a Free to play game. I would love to spend some money…
Thing is I bought the Lost Ark Apprentice Starter Pack and still havent got it… and I cannot get a refund lol
