All my characters are missing what is going on

i was mistaken about my inquiry and the moderator was extremely quick to help me which I greatly appreciated. All sorted. My mistake, thanks again!

Thank you so much I wasn’t expecting that quick of a response. I’m sorry for being impatient with my post I just have been a really serious gamer for about 16 years and Lost Ark is the best game I have ever played. That’s why I’ve spent so much supporting the game.

Seriously thank you so much for helping me and providing me with the best game that I have ever played. I’m now thinking that perhaps I logged onto the wrong server. My rationale is that when i was qued before it had an orange message saying I may not be able to create a new character. Now I’m qued again because i hit the back button and re-entering hoping characters are there and it was just a bug. There is no longer that message in orange about creating a new character. Perhaps I just freaked out and everything is fine. If that’s the case I’m really sorry.

I was live chatting with Amazon support via the website and the representative told me he checked and all my characters were fine and there. I can’t confirm as I haven’t logged in but if that’s the case I’m really so sorry for wasting your time and just want to thank you for quick response time. That was really incredible I was worried some glitch happened and it’d take weeks to figure out if it ever did. I’m at 2800 in queue so should be about 30 mins, and I’ll just message and say everything is okay.

Update: after checking your characters, I’m able to see your 10 character not deleted within Akkan as the college from live support did,

Also, thank you for confirming you rebooted LA,

Then, as soon as pass through the queue please inform me, I’ll keep an eye!

Again thank you so much for all your help. I love Lost Ark more then any game I have ever played before and I was really relieved by your quick response and checking my account to make sure my characters were there. My account means the absolute world to me. It’s not just the amount I’ve spent on Royal Crystals, Platinum founder pack, etc. It’s also the amount of work I’ve put into all my characters and overall love I have for each one of them. Lost Ark is truly a magical game and I am so grateful to be able to enjoy it.
