All regions locked bar South America

Hi,

I started to play Lost Ark yesterday and made a new character. Logged on today to play but encountered a region lock. Only South America is available but neither of my characters are there but if I try to log into that region Lost Ark closes.

I have checked the integrity of files through Steam. Reset PC and router. I am using a VPN which was in effect yesterday and is set to local quickest area, London.

A ticket has also been submitted on Amazon games for assistance.

Whats going on and how do I do I start playing again?
