Why? The communication is poor. It isn’t the customer’s job to piece together information when none is really shared. Demands for better communication should continue.

I don’t think you understand the forum if you think people are feeling ashamed. Most people who weren’t happy about the day-of delay are probably now saying “fking finally” to the latest announced fix.
I am not against constructive Critic, but what some People wrote here in the Forum was disgusting. I think swell that the Communication has to improve.

I can agree with that, especially specific witch hunting. They HAD to know that they were going to receive the response they received which is further indicative of a poor communication strategy and failure to plan for a response to the outcry imo.

People voicing their frustration with the initial statement of a delay on the 11th hour is nothing for anyone to be ashamed of, unless they were being downright disrespectful, in which case, they wouldn’t be ashamed anyways.
