Instead of implementing filters which every bot will bypass in a matter of minutes, just gives us simple interface where we can set up filters such as
Custom keywords or even regex
Min roster level,
Min item level
Min character level
Chat categories
etc
apply same to mails as well
Boom, no longer we should receive annoying bot spam
