We’ve had lost ark out for about 2 months and the main thing I see people talking about is the lack of skins we have in the game. This, although it is an issue, I feel like people not being able to play the class they want to without any update on when that class will be released is a bigger problem. I guess I’m sorta malding but personally I wish we had some sort of eta or statement on when they are gonna release them

We’ll get to see some info on classes in the roadmap (Soon™)
Realistically I think the best we can hope for is that they release 2 or more classes per month, so the minimum people will have to wait for their preferred class would be 3-4 months, compared to 7+ if they stick with 1 class per month, which is how it was in the leaked roadmap.
The roadmap will probably be the only info we get anytime soon on classes, unfortunately.

They keep ignoring any post regarding the roadmap, its sad and annoying at this point, anything unrelated to it is answered by CM, anything else is simply ignored… We are not asking for much, we just want to get a time window for the roadmap (not even the time window for a class or certain content) they have been telling us soon but after 2 months soon is not really soon its just whenever it’s ready without them commiting to any kind of schedule
I haven’t seen the post myself, but I remember someone saying that Roxx stated that it would be here before the content on it is released… so April 14th-ish is probably when we can expect it.

At that point though, it’s not much of a roadmap and more of a April patch notes + a sneak peak into May. (that is if it isn’t further delayed for ‘polishing’ :'D

Yea its been so long and not only do we not have a roadmap, we don’t have a date or anything the roadmap is gonna be released the best we get is soon but they’ve said soon for 1 month at least
We should’ve had two classes at this point, 3 in total next month. As always amazon lies rampant.

I used to believe having an american publisher would be a blessing but they’re literally on the same level as NC soft or Nexon.

Yea and I feel bad for Roxx as he seems to be the only mod on this site giving people information you’d hope they had more people working on something like forums considering how “engaged with the community” the game is supposed to be
Roxx literally gives no info my dude. “Still working on it” or “Amending details”.
I get that she can only give information she is allowed to but at the same time we’ve went from her being on Sywo’s podcast pre launch to generate hype to whatever this state of communication is in a few months. So while it might not be her fault I’m not exactly floored with the community engagement since then.
I’m personally going to be angry if they don’t release a FULL class release schedule. They might need to tweak actual content due to player progression, but classes have nothing to do with that, and the longer they withhold classes the farther behind people are going to be when they finally get to play on the classes they want to main.
There was a class release poll here a couple of days ago that showed that the majority of players want Lancemaster and Artist, and some might say well artist is a brand new class it makes sense if they delay that, but no not really. They gave us Sorc at launch instead of Summoner, and Artist adds a support class to a very thin line-up of supports. There’s the possibility that since Artist is a new model that AGS wants a chance to mess with it like they did the other classes and they need to not. Just leave it alone and release it as is, with all the other classes.

Lol soon has many meanings, soon to us means next month or next week, soon in the eyes of companies could be months further down the road.
I think the lack of anticipation in the game is also like…what makes players quit aside from other issues play may not like about the game…

they are playing a dangerous game being so silent about the future of their game, i have noticed this lately on my guild, a lot of ppl feeling a bit stuck without direction, a lot more waiting for a class in particular aswell
I had to up and migrate guilds to find active players that are continuing the progression. As much as I want scouter released the amount of materials needed to switch as my main is insane so I’ve been stocking up while I can.
They can’t even release the skins that are already in the game, the model files are in the NA client and everything and they can’t toggle them on.
If they can’t handle that, then I doubt they can handle adding a new class yet.
Honestly, If they don’t get off their butt and actually start trying to put stuff out, I’m just done.
Imagine if they just stealth launched them all at once. It won’t happen but I’d love to see people scramble

At this rate we will have all classes in 2 years. Do amazon and smilegate really think a person will stick around for 2 years waiting to play his favorite class or do you think that person will stay 2 years because he can play his favorite class right now? THINK AMAZON AND SMILEGATE, THINK
that would be a pretty dumb thing, it would not be great, it would be a giant f you to a lot of players, if they know when they are releasing classes they just need to tell us asap, and if they dont they really need to update us on when can we expect them
