It’s against ToS in 99% of the mmos out there so it might be here as well.
Of course is baneable … or why do you think the account has a limit in the amount of characters you can get .
Yes, as my previous post that was shared says, you are allowed only one account per player. You can be banned if you are found to have more than one account.

Is it ok to farm on another server with a different roster on the same account and just transfer the gold/accessories/etc?
I believe that should be okay, as long as it’s all one account but let me make sure for you!

It’s against TOS in most MMOs. But…I doubt it gets you banned in every scenario. Of course, no CM or someone affiliated with the game will tell you that.
I’m also not sure where they fall on that line realistically, and implementation of the TOS.
And you’ve already made a forum post about it asking, so I wouldn’t recommend it.
For example, you can cheat in GTA online in certain ways that will never get you banned…but that’s probably not the best example. It just the only thing I have personal experience with.

Ragnarok Online, never was a Limit, even after it changed from monthly fee to f2p, heck i had a very long List of Accounts.
WoW you can have several Licenses on the Same Account, there are many Multiboxers.
FF14 , im pretty sure its the same as WoW.

I really only know a very few games, non by Name right now, which didnt allowed it.
And out of these even only a few it would make much sense to dont allow it.
Lost ARK is already time Consuming enough, i dont have the time for another Account.
And the only points where you can generate Stuff to bypass a Roaster Limit, is also Time Consuming, dont see a Reason to not allow it, but also not much reason of creating one, lifetime is Limited aswell.
Yes, I asked the same question and was told you in fact, Can not have a second account.
Now, I have not read anything that says a friend, wife, girlfriend etc can not funnel them to you though. Im debating of getting my wife into the game and having her funnel me her daily materials 
What if my friend, flatmate or partner gives me stuff often?
What if they sent me platnium founders pack and expensive mounts, maybe 100k gold?

Also, should that not then make it bannable for streamers to accept hundred of things in mail (i have no issue with it doesnt affect me)
But if streamers can receive 100s of thousands of gold and materials through mail without ban, i dont understand, They have 1000’s of alt accounts they dont even use :'D

it’s probably not safe to rmt and pretend it’s a bunch of gifts from friends. though nobody is getting banned for it so…try your luck maybe

They actually banned Multiboxing software in WoW a year or so back. Effectively killing the practice, but yeah Its the first time I’ve encountered a game where you aren’t allowed multiple accounts.
