Am euw player and made player on euw to take advantage of hyper pass

i bought powerpass to south vern , but now i cannot use the hyper pass on my character, when i open hyper pass the character is blocked out and i cannot select it

Do you have a character picked for Hyper Express on another server?
You can’t use it, if you already did it in EUW.

i did have one on euw, but actually i got it to work i had to log out and log in again, because i powerpassed it said couldnt use because my char was “jumping” and then when i relogged it worked
