i bought two same skin so i want to refund one of them, is it possible? because i read that the in game shop purchase can be refunded in 7 days as long as i didnt use it.

i knew the new famle character will lunch in mid of 2022.so im wondering if i buy skin from store but dont receive it in any character in game , am i able to use the new character to receive it once the character released?
