Amazon Prime Amethyst Shards missing problem

I claimed Amazon Prime’s lost ark gift successfully in-game I received the Amethyst Shards, aura and battle chests,but when i claimed Amethyst Shards the quantity Amethyst Shards remains unchanged , i have not exchanged anything from [Amethyst Shards exchange NPC]

I request you to perform steam integrity check Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files

and then kindly check inventory > under “events” and pet inventory.

Solution confirmed. Unlink all of your accounts and relink them. This does work! unlink twitch from lost ark. relink. Unlink steam from twitch and so on. and so on. hope this helps
