The origin of this issue is me purchasing a weekly crystal pack on 4/13/22 that was not delivered to my product inventory.
This is after getting a myriad of BS explanations & excuses over the last 2 weeks. Now they are literally typing the same thing the random rep on Day 1 said…incredible.
I guess the lesson learned here is DO NOT spend any money on this game, Amazon will literally steal your money and essentially hang-up on you.

I’m really sorry to hear about your situation and also with the disconnection with the live customer service representative, I understand this kind of situations can be frustrating and to wait until a situation gets fixed its sometimes not the best scenario.
At this moment your case was already escalated by the customer service team to the technical support team and its being reviewed at the moment but unfortunately I will prefer to not tell you an estimated time, since that would be speculation and we do have to wait until an update in your case for us to get back to you and contact again Live support will not make the process faster.
