Amazon Support on VPN auth10010 topic

honestly after about 20e-mails back and forth with their “support team” they keep just replying without even really reading my emails and copy pasting their script which informs me about the vpn changes… like im not already aware. complete lack of professionalism from amazon.

i’ve never used a VPN, my router does not have a built in VPN, i’ve done a clean reinstall of the game and my PC. and even when i hotspot my PC with my phone i STILL get the 10010 auth error.

dunno what to do tbh, as far as the support is concerned they dont know what to do either. what a joke

AGS support is completely useless and contacting them with any case that is not trivial means you will just waste your time getting no answer or just some random copy-paste bs.

just seems they dont care, under the guise of “for the greater good” they have completely stopped me from being able to access the game for seemingly no reason and also seem inept in being able to help me figure out a solution.

apparently a lot of IPS uses something that AGS detect as VPN so anyone who uses those IPSes are screwed forever, they either have to change IPS or just give up as AGS wont do anything about it.

Idk if thats the case for u tho…u should be able to connect thru hotspot if it was i think…so i dont know :confused:
